Solent Spirit was born in 2021, a collaboration between Patrick Heaps (part-time Yarmouth IOW resident) and Matthew Iles (owner of independent wine and spirits merchant Quercus Wines), bringing a range of boutique craft rums distilled in Hampshire and having a true Solent inspired provenance to our discerning customers in restaurants, bars and yacht clubs.
