WHITE RUM

Our white rum, made from sugar cane juice, is twice distilled for exceptional smoothness and flavoured with three distinct ingredients: fresh lime gives a vibrant nod to the Caribbean while locally foraged yellow gorse flowers, a common sight on the Hampshire coastline, provide a subtle vanilla note. Coconut gives a discrete, almost creamy softness on the finish.

Perfect for sipping, with or without ice, or served in a classic white rum cocktail like a Mojito or Daiquiri.

Our contemporary twist on the traditional spiced rum, using the same signature botanicals as our white rum but with the addition of more citrus fruit flavours and a variety of carefully selected exotic and aromatic spices along with sugar kelp and a touch of Demerara sugar to provide a hint of sweetness to the finish.

Unlike many commercial spiced rums flavoured with caramel or artificial ingredients, ours is gently infused with staves and driftwood to provide its delicate golden colour. Made for savouring on its own, or in a superb Daiquiri or Rum Mule.
